This help center

Help articles are static pages. Search and the policy planner run in your browser. They do not send your queries or policy input to FeedHush, connect to the parent workspace or read your browser configuration. The review download is created locally when you choose to save it.

There is no analytics script, support form or account login in this help center. Visiting links to Apple, Google, Microsoft or Qustodio opens those providers’ websites under their own policies.

FeedHush’s product boundary

FeedHush is being designed to keep social sign-in with the social site, without sending social passwords, cookies, feed contents or private messages to FeedHush servers. The apps are not released, so this describes the intended boundary rather than a completed production audit.

The local parent service handles household settings, device records, requests and parent decision history. This public website does not provide access to those records.

Keep these out of shared files

  • Parent passwords, social passwords and recovery codes.
  • Pairing codes, device credentials and management enrollment tokens.
  • Browser cookies, private messages and full browsing histories.
  • Identifying information in policy exports or screenshots.

A planner download includes the existing policy values you entered. Keep it private, review it before sharing, and remove it when you no longer need it. Do not paste full exports containing unrelated secrets into the planner.

Other tools have their own data practices

Screen Time, Chrome management and third-party parental controls operate separately. Check their collection, reporting, retention and recovery policies with the provider. FeedHush does not read or reconcile their settings automatically.
